Hello.
Every Saturday morning, a 70-year-old man would ride his bike around our neighborhood, wearing a golden thong.I grew up in old-school Austin, TX.
My parents are a therapist and a comedian.
Where I’m from, weirdness was normal, and making things was encouraged.
At 7, I taught myself Photoshop because I wanted my LEGO stop-motion figures to throw their lightsabers. By 10, I was creating my own After Effects tutorials. Video is something I always just got.
In High school, I started a business making video game montages for Rocket League players. My unique blend of cinematic execution, fundamentals over flash, and personality-forward entertainment allowed me to stand out in a highly competitive field. By the time I graduated, I’d grown a social media following of over 50k (and 3.5 million views!)
This led to a job offer from Epic Games that moved me out to San Diego.
For three years, I was a core member of the Rocket League in-house creative team, and got to:
- Direct, edit, animate, and create VFX for over 50 long and short-form videos across all social platforms, accumulating over 200 million views.
- Shoot live events in front of 15,000+ people.
-
Collaborate with brands like Ford, Disney, and Nike.
- Learn from the most talented and generous people how to blend world-class creative with real business goals.
I'm at my best where great creative and actual business goals meet.
I just love making really good stuff.
That’s my story. Ready to tell yours?
